Not Your Average Internship

What makes our media internship a little different? Instead of learning just one discipline, you’ll get to know what it is like to work in each of the departments that bring campaigns to life and get them to market.

Through this method, you’ll gain a well rounded experience and figure out what is (and isn’t) for you in the world of media.

Who is it for?
Any recent graduates or anyone with a graduation date of 2025 or 2026

How long is it?
Our paid 10 week program starts in June and ends in August

Where is it?
You can be based out of any of our four U.S. offices (St. Louis, Kansas City, Columbia (MO) or Minneapolis). We have a hybrid work model of three days in office and two days remote

Areas of exploration & learning.

Account Management
The day to day client contact, account management creates and fosters client relationships while keeping them up to speed on campaign plans and performance.
02.
Media Strategy & Planning
Diving into all things data and research, media strategy & planning finds the insights and creates the roadmap for how to help our clients rise above the noise and reach their business goals.
03.
Activation
Strategy
Using the strategy roadmap, activation identifies the best platforms and tactics to bring the campaign to life, then negotiates the buy with vendors.
04.
Project Management
Keeping things on budget and on time, project management helps keep account teams focused and moving forward with clear communication.
05.
Campaign Operations
Campaigns don't work without the backend functionality. Campaign operations ensures everything is firing correctly to enable correct ad serving and reporting.
